Windy Pt Bruce

Being busy all day long in March, it was tough to work all day on a
Saturday waiting till late afternoon to head down to the beach to catch the waves brought on by gale force winds. Getting there so late, I was fighting the setting sun.

MacLilley Farm

Back in March, we were invited to MacLilley Farm to shoot their pregnant mare and daughter-in-law.  Both were due shortly.  We were there to help make a promotional video.  I don't think we were really too much help but it was a great few hours and we got a great dinner too.

A Birthday Concert

A favourite concert venue was hosting Alejandra Ribera on my birthday.  We got tickets and of course I insisted on getting there early so as to get seats that would allow some good shots.  My sister had been raving about Alejandro and I now know why.  What a unique voice and performer.  The concert was great.

Autumn Simeays

For those of you who are thinking I've gone back to my old ways - no people,  here are a few shots from a shoot a few months ago.

Westool Precision

Just a couple of shots from a local machine shop's vintage tool graveyard.

Railway City Brewery

One of the things I like about my camera club is its Sunday Morning Photo Shoots. We get into lots of interesting places.  I mean who doesn't want to visit a brewery at 7 am on a Sunday?

Pt Bruce

Probably my most photographed subject is this "lighthouse".  Probably shoot this 3:1 winter to summer.  I just love the colours here in winter.  This is sunset in January.

Gypsy

Need I say more?

Canadiana

Right around the holidays a friend invited me to join him shoot his friends playing hockey on a local pond.  When I got out there I saw a newly strung line of lights over the almost completely frozen pond.  The summer chairs called to me that cold night.

St. Thomas Airport

Back last November I was at the St Thomas Airport one morning. The sky was brightly cloudy then sunny and cloudy.  While there only a few aircraft landed or took off.  I enjoyed examining the planes that were tethered down.
